Illustrations: Every martial arts book contains numerous illustrations and diagrams. Understanding how to interpret the diagrams and correctly grasp the key points of each action is crucial for beginners learning martial arts independently. Each illustration includes a demonstration of the action and its trajectory, marked with symbols or indicators to accurately reflect the position, direction, and starting and ending points of the movement. Therefore, to comprehend and learn the action diagrams in martial arts books, one must understand the correct meaning of each symbol in the illustrations.
