This book is adapted from Wuhan Institute of Physical Education's self-published textbook "Massage Science," with added content on "Foot Reflexology Massage" and "Therapeutic Massage," making it more practical and readable. The entire book is divided into three parts: Upper Part, Middle Part, and Lower Part, totaling 15 chapters. Chapters 1–8, 10, and 15 were written by Wang Guanglan; Chapters 9 and 11–14 were written by Hu Sheng. Finally, Wang Guanglan was responsible for the overall compilation and editing.
