Features: This book, excluding the preface, is divided into 2 parts and 11 chapters. Chapters 1-6 are dedicated to Acupuncture and Moxibustion, primarily introducing meridians, acupoints, acupuncture and moxibustion techniques, and acupuncture/moxibustion therapy. Chapters 7-11 focus on Tuina, covering exercises, tuina techniques, tuina-specific acupoints, tuina therapy, and health-preserving tuina. Based on the introduction of meridians and commonly used acupoints, this book emphasizes acupuncture and moxibustion techniques, tuina techniques, and the acupuncture/tuina treatment of common diseases. Additionally, considering the rapid development of health-preserving tuina in recent years, a dedicated chapter is included for this purpose. The diseases mentioned in the book primarily use Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) names, but some Western Medicine (WM) names are also included due to the unique combination of clinical symptoms and acupuncture/tuina therapy. For each disease, the etiology/pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, acupuncture/tuina treatment, and precautions are described separately.
