The book aims to make new contributions to the study of public security management systems in the following three aspects:
First, emphasis on fundamental theoretical research: The content of the fundamental theoretical sections in this book builds on and innovates upon previous research, striving to explore public security management theories that align with social realities and development trends. Particularly, the chapters on the introduction to public security management, the theory of subjects of public security management, and the theory of objects of public security management provide a comprehensive summary of existing research on public security management and propose new perspectives.
Second, emphasis on the rule of law principle in public security management: Previous research on public security management has often focused on experience and technical summaries, with less attention paid to legal perspectives. This book takes the rule of law principle as its foundation and applies legal principles to analyze various issues in public security management. The chapters on the principles of public security management and the theory of public security administrative law and public security management procedures vividly illustrate this point.
Third, research on new and hot issues: Comparative studies on community policing provide extensive original English materials, research on certain issues in China's security industry comprehensively analyzes the current status and development trends of the security industry, and research on comprehensive social security governance explores the relationship between comprehensive governance and public security management by the police.
