Features: With the increasing demands for English proficiency in society and rising parental expectations for students' English scores, there are now more extracurricular English competitions. However, the knowledge content in our current primary school English textbooks falls far short of the level required for these competitions. As a result, many students attend training programs outside for various versions of English instruction. Currently, most training institutions focus on imparting English knowledge while neglecting practice in competition-style questions. Based on these reasons, we have organized several highly capable frontline young English teachers to compile this series, New Helper for Primary School English Excellence and Competition. This small series draws on the strengths of multiple textbooks, with topics as the main thread, integrating English knowledge from simple to advanced levels. It features a large volume of exercises, diverse question types, and relatively high difficulty, making it an excellent new helper for primary school English excellence and competition. It is worth mentioning that this book still includes knowledge of letters and phonetics, aiming to help students better grasp the connection between English word spelling and pronunciation, laying a solid foundation for their future learning. Each unit in our small series is divided into eight parts: Text (Dialogue), Notes, Word Box, Sentence Links, Grammar Points, Fun Corner, Translation, and Exercises. The content is lively and closely tied to students' daily lives, enabling them to naturally apply what they have learned in daily situations, improving their oral expression and practical English skills, and sparking their interest in learning. We also include a companion CD with the book, featuring recordings of the text and listening exercises for the exercises, produced by professional English educators. The pronunciation is standard and authentic, making it the best choice for primary school students to imitate pronunciation and intonation.
