Features: According to the decision of the full meeting of the 1990 May Higher Education Institution Fermentation Engineering Professional Textbook Committee, the newly revised "Enzyme Engineering" was compiled to meet the requirements of disciplinary development, serving as teaching material for graduate students or senior undergraduate students in fermentation engineering and related fields. Guo Yong was in charge of the main compilation, and Lun Shiyi served as the chief reviewer. Chapters , II, III, IV, V, and VIII were written by Guo Yong, while Chapters VI and VII were written by Mo Guokui. During the compilation process, the care and support of leaders from South China University of Technology, Wuxi Institute of Light Industry, and other relevant institutions ensured the smooth progress of the work.
