Features: The Legal Press has launched the "Classroom Test" series of teaching reference books for the 21st century, primarily for the following reasons: First, the current level of textbooks is generally average, and students can only grasp the knowledge thoroughly through textbooks alone. They need supplementary materials to reinforce their learning, and doing exercises is the most common and familiar review method for students. Second, there are few teaching exercise books for law in the market, mostly consisting of various examination exercises, which cannot meet the needs of students to immediately reinforce their knowledge after class. Third, various law-related examinations such as the Judicial Examination are major challenges for students in law schools, and currently, there are few books in the market that combine daily learning with the consolidation of examination skills.
The guiding philosophy of the "Classroom Test" series is to provide students with a comprehensive and systematic way to reinforce the knowledge learned in class after class, while also improving their skills for various law examinations, particularly the Judicial Examination. The target readers of the "Classroom Test" series are primarily undergraduate law students, while also catering to junior law students and self-taught candidates.
Each subject in the "Classroom Test" series is based on the requirements of the core law courses set by the Ministry of Education and primarily references the syllabi of textbooks published by the Legal Press, Peking University Press, Renmin University Press, and the Higher Education Press. Each chapter is divided into an overview, a knowledge framework diagram, analysis of key, confusing, and difficult points, and classroom test questions. At the end of the book, there are two sets of comprehensive test questions.
The "Classroom Test" series is convenient for students to summarize key points and master the essentials, while also helping them reinforce classroom learning and improve their examination skills. The series adopts a compilation method of categorizing and summarizing questions, along with detailed question analysis, striving to cover legal knowledge points within the teaching framework as much as possible. Most of the exercises are from various law examinations, including the self-study examination, the Law Master Joint Examination, the Legal Examination, and the Judicial Examination.
At the beginning of each chapter, the main content is summarized, and a knowledge framework diagram is provided. Additionally, key, difficult, and confusing points are selected as focal points for understanding, with detailed explanations of related questions and exercises. Each chapter includes case study questions, not only providing key answers but also offering detailed explanations of the case analysis approach, highlighting easily confused knowledge points and important considerations.
Most of the exercises in the book are, arranged in the order of teaching chapters and following the difficulty gradient of various examinations, forming a progression from easy to difficult. This allows students to encounter various examination questions from the beginning of their studies, subtly improving their examination skills. The book covers the basic teaching requirements set by the Ministry of Education for law courses and is compatible with mainstream textbooks. It includes 31 "key points" that target the "key, confusing, and difficult points" in the textbooks, providing detailed analysis. It also selects from the Judicial Examination, the Legal Examination, the Law Master Joint Examination, and the self-study examination, helping students prepare for the exams with remarkable effects. Additionally, there are 33 case studies, written by authoritative experts, summarizing "key answers," demonstrating "analysis approaches," and providing "key tips."
