Patient's question:
Patient: Female, 49 years old, cystic mass. Is it endometriosis?Doctor's answer:
Cystic mass, with clear or unclear margins. If the cyst is heavily adhered to surrounding tissues, the margins will be unclear; if the cyst has minimal adhesion to the uterus or surrounding tissues, the margins will be clear. The cyst is usually of medium size, and fine granular echoes can be seen inside the cyst, indicating viscous cyst fluid. Sometimes, due to the concentration and organization of old blood clots, dense coarse light spots may appear, forming a mixed mass-like appearance.
