Author: Zhu Xinli

Publish Date: 2005-09-01
Features: An explanation is needed regarding the composition of this book: Most of the text has already been published in journals such as Legal Research, Chinese Law, Administrative Law Research, Journal of Zhejiang University, and Law. The author should sincerely express gratitude to the journal publishers and their outstanding editors. Part of it is my doctoral dissertation, with some modifications; the second part mainly consists of academic research findings on the sources of administrative law in recent years; the ninth to seventeenth chapters of the third part were previously published by Hangzhou University Press in 1999 under the title Research on Administrative Violations, with both additions and revisions. The book is titled The Benchmark of Judicial Review—Exploring the Adjudication Techniques of Administrative Litigation, which embodies the author's personal aspiration: a fundamental goal of learning legal principles is to resolve individual cases, and the resolution of such cases relies on different techniques for handling legal and factual issues. The current research findings aim to contribute to this endeavor.
