Each chapter is divided into four sections: Section 1 Writing Requirements, covering writing theory, key points, methods, and precautions; Section 2 Reading Materials, including representative contracts and agreements, related documents, and concise commonly used phrases for reading comprehension; Section 3 Reference Materials, which provides examples, explanations, analyses, and supplements on English usage, collocations, synonyms, and the use of international economic and trade business and foreign-related legal knowledge, aiding in the in-depth understanding of various contracts; Section 4 Writing Practice, which includes exercises such as English-Chinese translation, Chinese-English translation, fill-in-the-blanks, and multiple-choice questions based on the reading materials for writing practice. Additionally, the Chinese reference translations for all English reading materials and the answers to all exercises are placed in the lower part of the book for self-learners to compare and self-correct.
