Features: In the 21st century, when sports are booming, Beijing is full of passion and confidence, actively preparing for the 2008 Olympic Games. People are paying more attention to sports than ever before, and the sports fever is on the rise in Beijing. The Beijing Sport University is celebrating its 50th anniversary in this auspicious atmosphere. To explore the new characteristics and trends of reform and development in sports universities in the new century, and to examine how sports universities can promote Olympic education and promote the spread of Olympic culture in China, our university held two academic forums, the "Forum on Heads of Chinese and Foreign Sports Universities" and the "Olympic Games and Beijing Olympic International Forum" during the 50th anniversary celebration. This collection compiles and publishes all the speeches from the two forums, the Olympic Games and Beijing Olympic International Forum and the Forum on Heads of Chinese and Foreign Sports Universities, for the reference and learning of sports workers and the teaching and administrative staff.
