Features: Since China's entry into the World Trade Organization, the investment and operations of multinational corporations (MNCs) in China have become increasingly strategic. MNCs are shifting from passively adapting to the environment to proactively engaging in strategic planning. In many aspects, China's economy is entering realms unknown to Western economics and management, posing a significant challenge to the Chinese government, academia, and the business community. Through this research, we aim to further enhance the understanding of the significance of studying MNCs among Chinese academia and the business community, expand the scope of collaborative research, explore new research methodologies, and foster collective wisdom and consensus across society to gradually establish an interdisciplinary scholar community focused on studying MNCs and the transnational operations of Chinese enterprises. In terms of research perspective, this book takes multinational enterprises as the primary analytical unit, examining their strategic positioning, transaction modes, and managerial behaviors in transnational operations. At the same time, we hope to provide some reference frameworks for the implementation of international cultural strategies by Chinese enterprises. This book includes: Theories of Transnational Operations; Transnational Entry Strategies; Transnational Operations Strategies; and Five Parts of the "Go Global" Strategy.
