1-5 volumes are for beginners; 6-10 volumes are for intermediate learners; 11-15 volumes are for advanced learners; 16-20 volumes focus on concert pieces and famous piano literature from around the world.
Each volume includes five categories of content:
1. Etudes and technical pieces: Striving to combine comprehensive and systematic technical training with vivid and engaging musical imagery.
2. Polyphonic and Baroque-style works: Aiming to integrate the training of three-dimensional thinking and sound control with an understanding and mastery of the musical styles of Baroque composers.
3. Sonatas and variations: Designed to enhance the performer's ability to play large-scale works while studying and learning these two important musical forms.
4. Foreign pieces: The largest and most extensive part of each volume, aiming to help performers broadly master piano works of various forms and styles from ancient to modern, including some jazz, rock, and twelve-tone system pieces. In addition to original piano compositions, we have also selected arrangements of piano works from symphonies, operas, ballets, songs, and other instrumental compositions.
