Features: In Chopin's original works, there are no piano and orchestra pieces suitable for young children to play. How interesting and beneficial it is for children to experience Chopin's musical style through collaboration with an orchestra from a young age! Therefore, the organizers of the competition specifically commissioned Polish composer M. Corecki to create two "Young Chopin Style" concertos. These are works created using a painterly "imitation" technique. From the perspective of creation or innovation, it may be considered unacceptable. However, as a very much-needed learning form for children and as a specific way to familiarize them with Chopin's musical style, it indeed holds irreplaceable value. These two "Young Chopin Style" piano concertos can be said to be "small but complete." Each piece is about 11 minutes long, but each one, like Chopin's "great" concertos, is divided into three movements, and you can indeed feel the taste of Chopin's music in them. In China, it is not easy for children learning the piano to play piano concertos, and it becomes even more challenging if they need to collaborate with an orchestra. But no matter what, it is a meaningful and highly interesting activity for children that also helps them in their musical studies.
