About the Authors:
Zhang Jiming graduated from Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Technology, and FOOSEVELT UNIVERSITY, holding a Master of Engineering and an MBA. He is a member of the 8th Committee of the Beijing Youth League, a Standing Committee member of the China Real Estate Industry Association, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee of Beijing Real Estate Trading Center Co., Ltd., Vice Chairman of the Beijing Planning Association, and Vice Chairman of the Beijing Zhongzong Group Co., Ltd. He has long been engaged in real estate development and senior management in construction enterprises, leading the development and construction of multiple real estate projects and corporate restructuring and reform.
Liu Juncai graduated from Tongji University, Renmin University of China, and FOOSEVELT UNIVERSITY, holding a Master of Economics and an MBA. He is currently a Director of Beijing Dongfang Kangtai Real Estate Development and Operation Co., Ltd. and a Director of Beijing Dongfang Real Estate Investment Development Co., Ltd. He is currently engaged in state-owned asset management and capital operations.
Wang Hong graduated from Nankai University, holding a Master of Economics. He has long been involved in real estate operation planning and asset management, participating in market research, analysis, and operational planning for multiple real estate projects. He is currently the Deputy Manager of the Asset Management Department of Beijing Zhongzong Group Co., Ltd.
