How to determine if the fallopian tubes are blocked?

Patient's question:

After a careful examination, I found it to be tubal inflammation. Additionally, there are some doubts about whether it's just tubal blockage, so they suggested I undergo another thorough examination. I'm a bit worried and would like to understand how to distinguish between tubal blockage?

Doctor's answer:

Inflammation of the fallopian tubes can easily lead to adhesions in the fallopian tube cavity, causing blockage. If you want to know how your fallopian tubes may become blocked again, you need to have a check-up. You can do fallopian tube hydrotubation or contrast imaging; doing either of these tests is sufficient. Additionally, the procedure should be performed within 3-7 days after the menstrual period is completely clean. Therefore, if you suspect that your fallopian tubes are not unobstructed, you may have to undergo fallopian tube testing.
