Features: The constraints of resources and environment faced by China's industrial development are more significant than in other countries in the world. Population and natural resource conditions do not constitute an absolute obstacle to China's industrial development, and in many aspects, China's resource conditions have certain advantages. However, China does not have a particular resource abundance advantage. With a large population and relatively insufficient per capita resources, it is a fundamental national condition. The constraints on the boundary of large-scale consumption conditions. Reserves, investment, production capacity, and prices are the four basic levels of industrial resource issues, among which the price characteristics of different resource products are the core issue of resource supply and demand. For the current and future industrial resource shortages crisis facing China, there are three main issues: price problems, production capacity and investment problems, and natural reserve problems. Historically, the balance between industrial development and environmental quality must be a combination of idealism and realism. The fundamental issue is: industrialization is an efficiency-driven market competition process and an internationalized, globalized competition. Ultimately, competitiveness determines survival, development, environmental quality, and feasible standards.
