Features: The arguments and suggestions presented in the articles of this journal are the views of the authors themselves and do not represent official documents. Readers are requested to pay special attention when reading. The purpose of publishing these articles is to invigorate academic discourse in line with the principle of "let a hundred flowers bloom and let a hundred schools of thought contend," to summarize the practical experience of China's patent and other intellectual property rights work, to explore the intersections between patent law and other intellectual property laws and relevant laws and regulations, and to contribute to consolidating and developing a suitable intellectual property protection system for China. We hope that this academic journal can become fertile ground where all seeds of intellectual property law research can take root, bloom, and bear fruit.
