What are the factors that cause female infertility?

Patient's question:

Our unit's Xiao Lin is already 30 this year, married for several years, but has not been able to conceive a child. I heard she suffers from infertility, which really makes people worry for her. I'd like to ask the doctor, what are the factors that cause female infertility?

Doctor's answer:

Abnormal leukorrhea, such as vaginitis, cervicitis (cervical erosion), endometritis, adnexitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, and various sexually transmitted diseases, may cause increased leukorrhea, yellow discharge, odor, curd-like or watery consistency, or accompanied by symptoms like vulvar itching or pain. These conditions can also interfere with delivery to varying degrees.
(6) Abdominal pain, chronic lower abdominal or bilateral abdominal, or lumbosacral pain often occurs with pelvic inflammatory disease, endometritis, oophoritis, endometriosis, or tumors of the uterus, ovaries, or other organs.
