On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the WTO and the 3rd anniversary of China's entry into the WTO, the "China WTO Report 2004-2005," edited and compiled by the China WTO Research Center, has been published. In summary, the achievements of the WTO since its establishment for 10 years mainly include the following points: , successfully implemented multilateral trade agreements, greatly advancing the liberalization of world trade. According to the Agreement on the Establishment of the WTO, the primary function of the WTO is to manage and implement multilateral trade rules, such as the Uruguay Round Agreement. Second, it hased new multilateral trade negotiations and introduced many new trade liberalization agreements. Its most prominent is that under the leadership of the WTO, the Agreement on Movement of Natural Persons, the Agreement on Information Technology Products, the Agreement on Basic Telecommunications Services, and the Agreement on Metal Services were successively reached and implemented. Third, it has continuously and regularly reviewed the trade policies of WTO members, achieving the regularization and institutionalization of trade policy supervision for all members. Fourth, it has fairly and reasonably resolved trade disputes between WTO members, avoiding unilateralism and the phenomenon of the strong bullying the weak in trade disputes.
