This book, along with the China Environmental Protection Laws and Regulations Compendium (1982–1997), China Environmental Protection Laws and Regulations Compendium (1997–1999), and China Environmental Protection Laws and Regulations Compendium (1999–2000), all serve as toolbooks for environmental administrative enforcement.
