Features: This book is based on decades of experience in community work by a community worker from the UK, and is intended for those who want to understand community work, have some experience in it, and professional community workers. We often see the busy figures of community workers in foreign and Hong Kong/Taiwan films and TV shows. In recent years, the term "community" has appeared in promotions around us, and people are beginning to feel the new atmosphere and changes brought by community work. However, what kind of people are community workers, what does community work include, and how can one do it well—these questions remain largely unknown or even unfamiliar to the general public.
