Features: "The National Standard Digital Three-Purpose Dictionary" is a dictionary of Chinese character information, accompanied by two input software: "National Standard Digital Input Method" and "Intelligent Sound-Form Input Method." It has three major uses and four key features. Three major uses:

Four key features:
1. "Scientific": The "National Standard Digital Lookup Method" provided in the dictionary does not involve pronunciation, requires no memorization of character radicals, and uses only the digits 0–9 for encoding retrieval;
2. "Standardized": It complies with the "General Standard for the Stroke Order of Common Chinese Characters" and the national standard GB/T18031—2000 "General Requirements for Digital Keyboard Input of Chinese Characters";
3. "Accurate": The "National Standard Digital" and "Intelligent Sound-Form" methods have very few duplicate entries, with a function to prevent repeated input of words and characters, ensuring absolute non-duplication;
4. "Fast": It eliminates the need to consult the radical index or count strokes, allowing direct retrieval from the main text of the dictionary using the encoding.
Beijing Yucai School has included it in its series of educational reform books and uses it as a school-based textbook for information technology courses in primary and secondary schools. It has been widely promoted and adopted in over 1,000 chain schools.
