Features: On June 7, 1994, the Ministry of Personnel of the People's Republic of China promulgated the "Provisional Regulations on the Recruitment of Civil Servants," marking the beginning of the legalization and standardization of civil servant recruitment work. Based on pilot programs, the civil servant examination system was fully implemented nationwide in 1996. In accordance with the principle of "examination for every entry" for civil servants, various levels of national agencies widely implemented the policy of examination-based recruitment, which was warmly welcomed by all sectors of society, especially the vast number of young people aspiring to work in government and party organs. However, a common issue faced by candidates in various regions was a lack of understanding of civil servant recruitment policies, with some even missing out on opportunities with government and party organs due to this. To help candidates quickly and comprehensively understand civil servant recruitment policies, familiarize themselves with exam content and question types, and master techniques, we have organized experts and scholars specializing in civil servant recruitment exams. After careful research and repeated deliberation, we have introduced the policies and operational methods of each stage in the recruitment process in the order of the national civil servant examination recruitment process. The main content of this book includes: recruitment, application, written exam, interview, assessment, hiring, an overview of national institutions, and the professional classification required for civil servants. It also includes the original exam questions from the Central and National Government agencies in 2003 for each subject of the written exam.
