The China Natural Resources Series Jiangsu Volume was compiled in accordance with the requirements of the State Planning Commission's No. 433 on Organizing the Compilation of the China Natural Resources Series (Ji[1992]433), and was undertaken by the Land Department of the Jiangsu Provincial Planning and Economic Commission, organizing relevant provincial departments, research institutions, and universities to collaborate on the project.
This book is based on the Jiangsu Land and Resources compiled by the Land Department of the Provincial Planning and Economic Commission in 1987. It incorporates new achievements in recent years from the exploration and research of Jiangsu's natural resources, references new data on development and utilization, and aims to comprehensively reflect the current situation of Jiangsu's natural resources. It also explores strategies and approaches for their development and utilization. The book can serve as a reference for planning and economic management departments in their work, as well as teaching material for relevant majors in universities and colleges.
