The aim of this project is to reform China's labor and social security laws. Similar to "Clarifying China's Labor and Social Insurance Laws and Regulations," this book also reflects the achievements of the China-German Legal Consultation Project on Labor and Social Security. In addition to this book, other publications involving the Beijing Legal Cooperation Office of GTZ include the results of legal reform projects with the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM), the Financial and Economic Committee of the National People's Congress (FEC), and the Legal Affairs Commission of the National People's Congress (LAC).
