It emphasizes that continuous improvement is a key means of enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of quality management systems. Customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction information is highlighted as an important tool for evaluating the performance of an organization's quality management system. The content structure was changed from the original 20-element model to a process-based approach, making it more logical and better aligned. The eight principles of quality management are fully reflected in the standards. This volume is titled: System Documentation – Operational Guidelines.
