Features: With the advancement of the reform of the trial supervision system in national courts and the strengthening of trial supervision work, relevant laws, judicial interpretations, and other regulations concerning retrial and appeals have been successively issued or amended. To facilitate judges engaged in trial supervision to strictly handle cases in accordance with the law and fully master the relevant provisions of retrial and appeals, adhering to the editorial principles of authority, accuracy, systematicity, and practicality, we have invited the Trial Supervision Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court to collect all currently effective regulations on trial supervision since 1979. These include laws formulated and promulgated by the National People's Congress and its Standing Committee, judicial interpretations and approval notices formulated and promulgated by the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate, as well as regulations concerning state compensation confirmation, trial discipline, and acceptance of supervision by the National People's Congress. For the convenience of research and reference, all relevant provisions in this book are divided into five major categories: General, Laws, Judicial Interpretations and Related Regulations, Approval Notices and Replies, and Others. For the large number of judicial interpretations and related regulations, they are further organized into categories such as Criminal, Civil, Administrative, Enforcement, and State Compensation Confirmation. Approval notices and replies are arranged by Criminal and Civil categories. Each category is then arranged in chronological order for easy retrieval. This book is an essential reference for judges engaged in trial supervision. Parties and agents applying for retrial or appealing, as well as other participants in the lawsuit, can also use it to understand and master their rights and relevant procedures in the lawsuit, thereby legally safeguarding their legitimate rights. This book also holds high reference value, providing comprehensive materials for teaching and research personnel to study the current status and role of the trial supervision process and explore the reform direction of the trial supervision system.
