Features: A market economy is a rule of law economy. To adapt to the new requirements of the market economy in the 21st century and to meet the new challenges of "accession to the WTO," we have cultivated high-quality legal professionals. In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China on the curriculum for law majors in ordinary universities, we organized teachers from more than ten universities to write this series of textbooks for use by undergraduate and junior college students majoring in law. This textbook has the following characteristics:
1. Reflects the new achievements in the development of legal theory and the new situations in legislation and law enforcement. This series of textbooks strives to absorb the new achievements and cutting-edge theoretical viewpoints in legal theory research, using newly promulgated laws and regulations, especially those issued or revised in China after its accession to the WTO.
2. Emphasizes the scientificity of the layout. As a whole, we paid attention to the scientificity and logic of the layout within each book when writing, as well as to the cross-disciplinary and interconnecting relationships between disciplines, avoiding repetition and omissions.
3. Focuses on foundational textbooks and reasonably controls the difficulty of the content. This series of textbooks is designed according to the requirements of undergraduate legal education and the National Unified Judicial Examination in terms of depth and breadth of content, ensuring both a certain academic foresight and a focus on the basic framework, fundamental knowledge, and core theories of law, striving to make it easy for undergraduate students to grasp and meet the required standards.
4. Concise, practical, and easy to understand. This series of textbooks is tailored to the characteristics of undergraduate students and the course hour arrangements, striving to be concise and to the point, emphasizing practicality, adhering to writing norms, and using language that is easy to understand, making it convenient for students to study independently.
