Features: Labor Law is one of the series textbooks for undergraduate students at China University of Political Science and Law. Since our university resumed college admissions after the college entrance examination reform, we have never compiled a full-time undergraduate textbook on labor law. This time, the compilation is also an attempt. The purpose of writing this book is to serve as a teaching material for undergraduate students at our university. This textbook strives to closely align with the research object of labor law and systematically introduces the relevant theories and systems of labor law. University textbooks differ fundamentally from primary and secondary school textbooks, which are primarily reference materials and teaching tools. Undergraduate students can acquire knowledge and learn theories by referring to other textbook versions. In accordance with the relevant regulations and requirements of our university's textbook compilation, this collectively compiled textbook is based on our university's faculty, with the participation of teachers from other institutions. Associate Professor Zhou Changzheng of the School of Law at Nanjing University, despite his busy schedule, kindly contributed to this textbook, greatly enhancing its quality. We sincerely express our gratitude. As a collectively compiled work, there are bound to be differences in academic style and writing style. We hope that the teachers and students who refer to and use this textbook can be understanding of these variations. Objectively speaking, this textbook has certain distinctive features, and even its viewpoints differ significantly from those of current textbooks. We believe that the research on labor law in mainland China is still in its early stages, and some exploration is beneficial. This textbook can also serve as a reference for researchers in the field of labor law, practitioners, and postgraduate students in law.
