It is worth mentioning that this textbook makes two attempts in its writing format. First, the textbook is divided into three parts—General Principles of Civil Law, Persons, and Property Rights—according to the provisions of Article 2 of the General Principles of Civil Law regarding the objects of civil law regulation, in order to help beginners gain a more comprehensive understanding of civil law and better grasp the connections between various civil law systems. Second, this book includes "Theoretical Reflections and Practical Training" at the end of each chapter to cultivate beginners' basic theoretical qualities and preliminary practical abilities.
