Features: To comprehensively reflect the research achievements of postdoctoral researchers at the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, showcase the academic talent and capabilities of postdoctoral researchers, and optimize academic resources, we have decided to compile and publish the Postdoctoral Research Series of the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and establish the Editorial Committee of the Postdoctoral Research Series of the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. As a series of books, this series plans to select research reports from postdoctoral researchers who have completed their studies since 2003, compile and publish one or more volumes that meet the quality requirements of the series. The editorial standards of this series follow the Guidelines for Writing Postdoctoral Research Reports, jointly issued by the Beijing Library Degree Thesis Collection Center and the Office of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee in September 1994. This guideline is the national standard for writing postdoctoral research reports in China. The postdoctoral research reports published in this series are rewritten versions of each postdoctoral researcher's original research report, covering approximately 50,000 words and reflecting the essence of the original report, including its general outline, theoretical assumptions, thematic ideas, innovations, and theoretical contributions. Therefore, it is not merely a condensation of the original report but rather a creative rework based on the original. The Postdoctoral Research Series is a memorable record of each postdoctoral researcher's academic journey during their postdoctoral studies at the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, a showcase of their academic level and capabilities, and also a reflection of the overall academic strength of postdoctoral researchers at the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. We publish this series to invite evaluation and feedback from all sectors of society on the postdoctoral research work of the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. We warmly welcome criticism, reviews, and suggestions from all sides. Lastly, we would like to express our gratitude to China University of Political Science and Law Press for their strong support in the publication of this series.
