During the writing process, the authors diligently studied the "Provisions on Several Issues Concerning Civil Procedure Evidence" promulgated by the Supreme People's Court on December 21, 2001, extensively referenced Chinese and English evidence law materials, and obtained much new information from the Internet. Multiple thematic academic discussions were held in conjunction with graduate-level courses such as "Civil Procedure Law" and "Evidence Law."
