Features: Improving computerized accounting education, cultivating talent is the key. Since the Ministry of Finance issued the "Management Measures for Strengthening the Computerized Accounting Knowledge Training of In-service Accounting Personnel" in 1995, primary computerized accounting training has been carried out on a large scale across the country under the leadership and management of the financial departments. In the initial stage, accounting software was mainly based on the DOS platform, so teaching software and textbooks were also based on the DOS platform. After several years of development, computer software technology has shifted from the DOS platform to the Windows platform, and a large number of financial and accounting personnel urgently need to learn new Windows-based accounting software. Therefore, we organized some experts and scholars to write this textbook as a primary computerized accounting training manual. The textbook is divided into two parts: the first part introduces the basic knowledge of computerized accounting, basic computer knowledge, the Chinese Windows 2000 operating system, Chinese character systems and application software, computer networks and security; the second part takes the Yongyou software as an example, covering system management, financial processing system, report management system, payroll accounting system, and fixed asset accounting system.
