Features: The author, guided by the spirit of pragmatism, innovation, and learning from others, closely connects with corporate financial management practices and effectively incorporates Western financial theories, proposing a company financial management content system that combines learning from others with localization and inheritance with innovation. During the writing process, the book strives to reflect the following characteristics:
First, the completeness of the system structure. The book summarizes the management scope of corporate financial management into seven aspects: financing, investment, assets, costs, profits, mergers, and budgeting.
Second, the richness of the system content. Given that "Management Accounting" has not yet been included as a required course in MBA programs, to enable students to fully master financial management theories and methods, the book also incorporates content such as financial forecasting, financial decision-making, financial control, and financial budgeting into the system.
Third, the frontier of financial theory. The book comprehensively and systematically introduces the concept of the time value of money and the value models of bonds and stocks, with a focus on explaining security investment theories and methods, capital structure decision-making methods, and the application of leverage principles.
Fourth, the applicability of financial management methods. The book integrates practical examples throughout the explanation of each financial management method. Especially for investment decisions, it provides an in-depth introduction to methods such as investment decision analysis, investment risk analysis, investment portfolio analysis, investment cost-benefit analysis, investment sensitivity analysis, and investment probability analysis.
Fifth, the expansion of the financial management field. The book specifically introduces the theories and methods of corporate mergers, providing students with basic skills in capital operations.
Sixth, the cultivation of financial management abilities. In line with the spirit of the new "Enterprise Accounting System," the book systematically introduces the analysis content and methods of financial accounting reports and the evaluation methods of financial indicator systems, combined with capital fund performance assessment requirements. The book is suitable for teaching in advanced business management master's programs and undergraduate programs in financial accounting. At the same time, it is also a highly practical reference for professionals engaged in financial, economic, and investment management. For this reason, the author has attached a set of targeted and practical calculation problems and case analysis problems at the end of each chapter for students to practice and discuss. Additionally, I have provided reference answers to the calculation problems at the end of the book for comparison.
