Features: Johann Adolf Hasse was born in Hamburg in 1699 and died in Venice in 1783. He was renowned during his lifetime. As a composer, particularly an opera composer, he achieved almost legendary fame. He served as the Royal Music Master of Poland and the Music Master of the Elector of Saxony in Dresden. During the editing process of this book, some obvious errors and inaccuracies have been skillfully corrected, and some trill markings have been added. The editor has also included performance suggestions (in the areas marked with dashed lines) in the flute part. Of course, these suggestions can be further processed or modified by the performer. In addition to some typical "aria-like" sections, the dynamic markings are generally determined by the development of the melody, aiming to enhance the lingering effect. As for the remarks on the performance style of these sonatas, you can refer to Johann Joachim Quantz's "On the Art of Playing the Flute."
