Features: With the improvement of people's living standards, their health awareness has also been gradually enhanced. The public is gradually shifting from the previous "passive treatment upon illness" to an "active participation in disease prevention" mindset. This calls for easy-to-understand and highly practical dietary science popularization books to be made available to everyone. "All medicines have side effects, and food supplements are better than medicine supplements." In daily life, scientific dietary planning can help people enjoy delicious meals while nourishing and regulating their bodies, thereby achieving the goal of "treating diseases when ill and preventing diseases when healthy." Moreover, dietary health care is characterized by safety, no side effects, convenience, practicality, and ease of adherence. In light of this, we have organized and planned a beautifully illustrated series titled "Dietary Therapy for Health Preservation," which combines scientific rigor, practicality, operability, and visual appeal. The first batch of this series features 20 titles, focusing on dietary health care for common diseases such as insomnia, dizziness, and pediatric conditions. It also includes dietary therapy for special groups like adolescents and postpartum women, as well as scientific dietary planning for healthy individuals throughout the four seasons, including teas, soups, porridge, and dishes. The features of the series are as follows:
(1) Illustrated with vivid visuals, the color images have a strong visual impact;
(2) The text is easy to understand and highly instructive. In addition to dietary recipes and preparation methods, most titles provide a detailed analysis of the nutritional components of the main ingredients and finished products, along with an introduction to the dietary characteristics and health tips of each recipe, emphasizing both traditional Chinese and Western medicine perspectives.
We hope that the publication of this series will help the general public eat with knowledge and eat for health!
