Features: With the improvement of people's living standards, their health awareness has also been gradually enhanced. The general public has gradually shifted from the previous "treatment-oriented" mindset to actively participating and contributing. "Medicine has three, food is better than medicine." In daily life, scientific dietary planning can help people enjoy delicious meals while nourishing and regulating their bodies, achieving the goal of "treating diseases when sick and preventing diseases when healthy." Moreover, dietary health care is characterized by being safe, free of side effects, convenient, practical, and easy to maintain. In light of this, we have organized and planned a beautifully illustrated series titled "Food Therapy for Health," which combines scientific rigor, practicality, and operability. The series initially features 20 titles, focusing on dietary health care for common diseases such as insomnia, dizziness, and pediatric conditions. It also includes health-preserving dietary recipes for special groups like adolescents and postpartum women, as well as scientific dietary planning for healthy individuals, including seasonal teas, soups, porridge, and dishes. The features of the series are: (1) rich in illustrations with visually appealing color images; (3) easy-to-understand text with strong guidance. In addition to providing dietary recipes and preparation methods, most titles also analyze the nutritional content of the main ingredients and finished products, introduce the characteristics of the dietary recipes, and offer health tips, with content that balances both traditional Chinese and Western medicine. We hope that the publication of this series will help the general public eat with knowledge and eat for health!
