These 10 national standards were implemented on January 1, 2002. To help the production enterprises, distribution enterprises, construction units, indoor decoration and remodeling companies,, and other relevant personnel correctly understand these 10 national standards, the National Standardization Administration of China organized experts to write the unified publicity textbook "Implementation Guide for National Standards on Limits of Harmful Substances in Indoor Decoration and Remodeling Materials." The book provides detailed explanations of the 10 national standards and clarifies the issues to be noted when implementing the standards, aiming to assist in the execution and supervision of these standards, improve operability and uniformity.
