Features: "The Jade Emperor Grants Blessings" is one of the important themes in traditional folk New Year paintings. The typical image of the Blessing God, the Jade Emperor, resembles a civil servant from the Ministry of Personnel. He is dressed in official robes, wearing a red robe adorned with a jade belt, and stepping in court shoes. With benevolent features and a long, elegant beard, he appears joyful, noble, and dignified. In the painting, the Jade Emperor displays the scroll of "The Jade Emperor Grants Blessings" with both hands, while bats fly above it, symbolizing the descent of blessings from the heavens. The scene also includes a blessing scroll held by the Jade Emperor, flanked by a wealth-bringing child and a prosperity deity on the left and right. Behind them, celestial children each hold colorful tassels embroidered with "Double Happiness and Longevity." The vibrant colors are filled with fortune and prosperity, reflecting the strong desire of the people in ancient times to hope for blessings from the Jade Emperor and wealth from the god of wealth.
