Features: With the rapid development of modern communication technology, computer network technology, and fieldbus control technology, digitalization, networking, and informatization are increasingly integrating into people's lives. On the basis of continuous improvement and enhancement in living standards and living conditions, people are putting forward higher requirements for the quality of life. Intelligent residential communities emerged in this context, and their demand is growing, with new concepts constantly being incorporated into their intelligence. According to a survey, 41.7% of ordinary citizens and 74.2% of online users believe that within 5 years, intelligent residential communities will become the mainstream of the residential market.
The intelligent system of a residential community, from its content, can be divided into two main parts: the comprehensive property management system of the community and the home intelligent management system. The former includes community security, information services, and metering and billing, while the latter includes home security, home information services, and home intelligent control.
The author's original intention in writing this book is to help readers and real estate developers understand, recognize, and accept intelligent residential communities, as well as how to build systems that are reasonably configured, cost-effective, and sustainable. The book is divided into 14 chapters. The first 12 chapters provide an in-depth discussion of the intelligent system of residential communities (based on the current level of intelligence). Chapter 13 introduces two design cases and proposes design methods for intelligent systems. Chapter 14 covers issues related to construction and engineering.
