Features: The reform of basic education curriculum is a systematic project. The advancement of the new curriculum requires the joint efforts of internal members of the education system (teachers, curriculum developers, school principals, and educational administrative personnel, etc.) as well as other social members. Among these social members, parents are a crucial force in building the new curriculum. Understanding and participating in the new curriculum are fundamental rights and obligations for the majority of parents. To this end, after developing a series of training manuals for internal education members, the "Research Team on Training Issues in the Implementation of New Curriculum" further developed a training manual for guiding parent training—New Curriculum and Family Education—based on prior research and training experience, further enriching the General Training Series for Basic Education Curriculum Reform.
