Features: To adapt to the development of international economic law theory and practice, as well as teaching needs in China, the faculty members of the International Law School at China University of Political Science and Law have jointly compiled the book "Case Teaching of International Economic Law." Since the introduction of the International Economic Law General Course at China University of Political Science and Law, the teachers who participated in writing this book have been involved in teaching the course. Additionally, each teacher has offered specialized courses on international economic law. Professor Zhang Liying is responsible for teaching Maritime Law and the WTO Legal System, Professor Shi Xiaoli for Teaching International Trade Law, Professor Fan Xiaobo for Teaching International Financial Law, Professor Lanlan for Teaching International Tax Law, Professor Yang Fan for Teaching International Intellectual Property Protection and Technology Transfer, and Professor Qi Huan for Teaching International Investment Law. In the writing of this book, teachers with expertise in respective areas have been assigned to write specific sections. This book is a compilation of case materials and research findings from the teachers' years of teaching experience. To enhance the depth and breadth of the content, annotations have been added to each section to facilitate students' in-depth research. The book covers cases in major fields of international economic law, conducts in-depth research on key issues, strives to reflect the new developments and challenges in international economic law, and highlights its international nature.
