Features: With the further development of international financial market integration, the status and influence of multinational banks have become increasingly prominent. The issue of market access for multinational banks has also received attention in the banking laws and regulations of various countries. In the World Trade legal system, market access is one of the most emphasized issues. The reduction and elimination of market access barriers in the field of financial services trade are also important topics for negotiations among World Trade Organization member states.
