Can obstetrics and gynecology use Augmentin?

Patient's question:

I already have two children, but after they were born, I developed gynecological problems, and it hasn't improved in over ten years. Now I want to try Epilobe to see if it's effective. Can gynecological conditions be treated with Epilobe?

Doctor's answer:

Gynecology calls it cervical columnar epithelial regression. If there are no symptoms and minimal leukorrhea without any issues, simple gynecological conditions do not require treatment. Aprost has a health product, so for health maintenance, it can be beneficial. However, it cannot replace medication. Therefore, if treatment is needed, it depends on the presence of inflammation, such as increased leukorrhea, yellow discharge, redness, swelling, and itching of the external genitalia, or abdominal pain. If these symptoms are present, treatment is necessary.
