The European Law Newsletter is a legal journal jointly organized and edited by the Legal and Economic Branch of the French Association for Science and Technology in China, the Criminal Law Research Center of Renmin University of China, the Institute of Eurasia at the University of Aix-Marseille, and the European Studies Research Center of Renmin University of China. The journal primarily publishes legal articles on EU law, European human rights law, the domestic laws of European countries, and comparative law related to Europe. It features sections such as Articles and Special Issues, Progress, Case Analysis, Legal Chronicle, Lawyer Biographies, Academic and Exchange Information, Book Reviews, Bibliographies, and Article Indices. The journal focuses on publishing the latest developments in European and national legal and judicial practices, as well as works on European law research and commentary, and comparative law related to Europe. Articles can be of varying lengths, from a few thousand to 20,000 words, and short essays are also welcome.
