Features: After its publication, the book was widely welcomed by readers. Especially the "cases" published in "Reference for Criminal Trials" not only reflect the unique insights of senior judges from various trial organs in applying general legal provisions to specific cases, but also, after being reviewed and approved by the Supreme People's Court's Criminal Trial Tribunal and the Second Tribunal, represent the basic views of the highest judicial organ on the handling of these cases. This provides strong, targeted, and authoritative guidance for handling criminal cases. At the strong request of readers, the editorial committee of "Reference for Criminal Trials" has compiled the essence of the cases from the first to the twenty-third issues, arranged according to the system of the Criminal Law and the Criminal Procedure Law, into "Cases for Criminal Trials." Cases are generally named after the crime declared by the court's judgment. However, if the court declares the defendant innocent after trial, the case is named after the charge by the prosecution, with the addition of the word "accused." If a case involves multiple crimes, all crimes are listed in the general part according to the need to explain the issues in the judgment rationale, while for cases in the specific part, only the crime emphasized in the judgment rationale is indicated in the case name. If a case involves three or fewer defendants, all defendants are listed in the case name. If there are four or more defendants, only two are listed in the case name according to the order of the charges.
