Features: Electrical work, metal welding and cutting, and other special operations are prone to casualties, posing significant risks to the operator, others, and surrounding facilities and equipment. Statistical analysis shows that a large number of accidents occur in these operations, and most are caused by the lack of safety knowledge, poor safety operation skills, or illegal operations of the operators directly involved in these tasks. Therefore, it is essential to strengthen the safety technology training and assessment of operators directly engaged in these operations, i.e., special operation personnel, in accordance with the law. This set of teaching materials introduces the safety technology knowledge that special operation personnel must master, including basic theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills. It integrates scientific rigor, practicality, and systematicity, serving as the designated teaching material for safety technology training for special operation personnel before they go on duty to obtain the "Special Operation Operation Certificate of the People's Republic of China." It also serves as a reference tool for continuous consolidation and improvement after going on duty. Additionally, it can be used as a reference for relevant management personnel, engineering technicians, and faculty and students of universities and colleges.
