During the revision process of this specification, the revision team conducted extensive research, carefully summarized and absorbed practical experience in phosphating construction for oil and chemical machinery, equipment, piping, and instrument installation projects in China, while also referring to relevant foreign materials and widely soliciting opinions from relevant units across the country. Multiple discussions were held on the revision content, and it was finally reviewed and approved before being finalized.
