The third part is the comprehensive section, which provides a general overview of two industrial clusters: pharmaceuticals and agriculture. The fourth part is the key industries section, which offers detailed reports and in-depth discussions on 12 biotechnology industries related to industry, agriculture, and medicine. This content is a significant expansion and supplement to the 2002 report. The fifth part is the regional section, which includes 7 chapters introducing the basic development conditions of biotechnology industries in various provinces and cities. The text features vivid case studies from local practices in developing biotechnology industries, policy analysis, valuable experiences, and grand plans.
